Welcome to World Record Anthem (“we,” “our,” “us”), operated by Aiwah Foundation Inc., a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in New York, USA. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, including worldrecordanthem.com and subdomains such as donate.worldrecordanthem.com. By participating, donating, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Participation is open to individuals of all nationalities. If you are under 18, you must have consent from a parent or guardian to participate in any World Record Anthem campaigns or make purchases.

2. Use of Service

Provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
Do not attempt to manipulate results, impersonate others, or submit unauthorized content.
Use the website only for lawful purposes consistent with our nonprofit mission.

3. Payments & Donations

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. World Record Anthem participant fees and donations are classified as **non-taxable contributions** toward nonprofit digital campaigns. Once submitted, payments are **non-refundable**, except in cases of verified error.

4. Digital Certificates & Badges

Upon successful registration, participants receive a QR-verifiable digital badge. Digital certificates are issued after verification or world-record confirmation. Unauthorized duplication, resale, or modification of certificates or badges is strictly prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

All campaign materials, visuals, audio, and creative assets are owned by Aiwah Foundation Inc. or its licensed creators. You may share promotional content for personal or educational use only, with proper credit to World Record Anthem / Aiwah Foundation Inc..

6. Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with GDPR and CCPA standards.

7. Limitation of Liability

Aiwah Foundation Inc. and World Record Anthem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation or use of our services. All activities are voluntary and for nonprofit educational purposes.

8. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in operations, laws, or campaign requirements. Any updates will be posted here with a revised effective date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
